Alan Scroggie NIMCC Summer Series Champion



This past weekend was the final round of the NIMCC summer championship. Alan Scroggie having already wrapped up the championship took pole by heading all of the qualifying heats with recent nitro convert Stephen Hill and the e-buggy of Jonny Dunn lining up behind.

For the final two spots in the championship podium it would be a battle between these two drivers as well as Steven McClements and Andrew McClean with their Bullitt powered buggies.

Alan Scroggie took the lead early and held a comfortable gap until the last couple of minutes where he had to retire which left Jonny Dunn leading until the end. Steven and Andrew would finish 3rd and 4th respectively giving them 2nd and 3rd in the championship and a Bullitt-Piranha podium lockout.
